| INSTRUCTION FOR ONLINE PREFERENCE (CHOICE) FILLING PROCESS NEET MDS 2020 | |
| 1. | Candidate should submit one Preference Form. After filling and final submission of Preference Form, no chance will be given to fill fresh preference form / change the preferences. |
| 2. | Login with Application No. /Username, Password and Date Of Birth (DD/MM/YYYY). |
| 3. | After Login, Preference Form will be displayed. |
| 4. | Candidate can fill Minimum 1 preference and Maximum 500 preferences. |
| 5. | 100 preferences will be displayed; one after another in TAB .You have to click < SAVE Preferences > with all 100 filled preferences to display next TAB for next 100 preferences. |
| 6. | Candidate must click < Lock Preferences > for final submission of Preference Form. |
| 7. | Before < Lock Preferences > Candidate can change Preference and < Save Preferences > by multiple Logout & Login. |
| 8. | Before < Lock Preferences >, please check your Preferences carefully. After final submission, in any Case change of Preferences after locking is not allowed. |
| 9. | For Final submission, Click < FINISH > on TAB then, < Lock Preferences > TAB will open, you have to click checkbox as you check all the preferences and then click on < Lock Preferences >. |
| 10. | If Candidate fails to < Lock Preferences >, his/her Preference Form will not be saved and will be rejected. |
| 11. | After submitting the form, please get the print out of the Preference form. |

| 16. | The first two digit of the code (ANNEXURE ‘E’ in right column) indicates specific College / Institution and last two digit indicates particular subject code (ANNEXURE ‘B’ in right column) and Suffix S indicates State quota (Government / Corporation Colleges & 50% each in Private Colleges/ Minority Colleges), I suffix indicates 35% Institutional quota in Private Colleges/ Minority Colleges and N suffix indicates 15% NRI quota in Private Colleges/Minority Colleges. Government/Corporation/State quota seats of central Government colleges: All seats will be under State Quota and will have suffix ‘S’. In Private and Minority Medical Colleges each preference code will have S/I/N suffix. Candidates are requested to fill the suffix carefully,as the fee structure of each quota is different. |
| 17. | Candidate should ensure about a particular code, that given course is available in the said College/Institute from the table of seat matrix. |
| 18. | Candidates are required to fill the Preference form well in advance to avoid last day rush. They should not wait till last date to fill the Preference form. Any delay due to electricity failure or due to any technical fault will not be considered by this office. |
