Instructions to Candidate for filling OPTION Form
| IMPORTANT: Candidate must read the Information Brochure (Bachelor of Fine Art & Bachelor of Design) before filling this Online OPTION FORM | |
| 1. | Filling up and confirmation of online option form having preferences of Courses and Institutions prior to respective CAP Rounds. Candidates may fill in preferences of Institutes and Courses in decreasing order of their preference as specified. |
| 2. | The option form once confirmed by the candidate through their login shall be considered for allotment in the respective CAP Rounds. |
| 3. | Candidates may fill in maximum 20 choices of Institutes and Courses in decreasing order of their preference. |
| 4. | In order to participate in the CAP (subject to fulfilment of the eligibility requirements of respective CAP round), it is MANDATORY to fill the Online Option Form for respective CAP Round. |
| 5. | Candidates will be able to fill in the online option form through their login. (Login with User Name, Password and DOB Which is created during Registration Process). |
| 6. | It is mandatory for all candidates to confirm the online option form. |
| 7. | Candidate can fill Minimum 1 option and Maximum 20 options. |
| 8. | 20 options will be displayed; one after another in TAB .You have to click < SAVE OPTION > |
| 9. | Candidate must click < Confirm Options > for final submission of OPTION Form. |
| 10. | Before < Confirm Options > Candidate can change Option and < Save Options > by multiple Logout & Login. |
| 11. | Before < Confirm Options >, please check your Options carefully. After final submission, in any Case change of Options after locking is not allowed. |
| 12. | For Final submission, Click < FINISH > on TAB then, < Confirm Options > TAB will open, you have to click checkbox as you check all the options and then click on < Confirm Options >. |
| 13. | If Candidate fails to < Confirm Options >, his/her OPTION Form will not be saved and will be rejected. |
| 14. | After submitting the form, please get the print out of the OPTION Form. |

| 16. | Candidate should NOT send copy of filled OPTION form to this office. |
| 17. | Your Login session may expire in 10 Minutes, So Please < SAVE Options > in an interval of 10 Minutes. |
| 18. | The option code is a Four Digit no. To Cancel option code please enter `NA` |
| 19. | As Duplicate option code are not allowed, To change the position of option code, first make `NA` to this option code & the enterthe same at required position. |
| 20. | Candidates are required to fill the OPTION form well in advance to avoid last day rush. They should not wait till last date to fill the OPTION form. Any delay due to electricity failure or due to any technical fault will not be considered by this office. |
| 21. | Candidates should not disclose their Application ID & Password to others to avoid impersonation. Competent Authority shall not be responsible for submissions done by others on behalf of the candidate. For Security reasons, candidates are instructed to keep changing the password and keep note of it in secured place. |
